Overview:
Our client in Spartanburg is seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to join their team. This position will be responsible for maintaining documentation for the proper department and providing reports to internal teams as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain vendor files and proper documentation needed
- Assist manager with locating proper files needed
- Monitor vendor status and maintain compliance of certifications
- Assist with clerical tasks and documenting and labeling files properly
- Renew licenses and maintain and distribute compliance status reports
- Maintain updates in the vendor database
Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management
- Ability to multitask and work as a team
Compensation & Benefits:
- $18/hour

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Ability to work remote on Friday once training is complete
