Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level support by managing emails, calls, calendars, scheduling meetings, property tours, and tracking deadlines in team systems
- Prepare and organize contracts, agreements, and real estate documents
- Assist with transaction timelines, closings, and ensure proper filing
- Act as a secondary contact for clients and stakeholders, handle inquiries, follow-ups, and draft professional correspondence.
- Coordinate with the marketing team create and distribute property marketing materials, manage social media, and support promotional campaigns
- Maintain client databases and CRM systems, update transaction details, and gather research for market reports and competitive analysis
- Liaise with title companies, legal teams, lenders, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions and timely document submissions
- Oversee office organization, support special projects like events, maintain digital filing systems, and proactively solve workflow issues to support team efficiency
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to create and utilize Excel spreadsheets
- Highly professional and relational
Benefits & Compensation:
- $50,000 – $55,000
