A well-known client in Downtown Columbia is hiring a Purchasing Admin. It’s a full-time position, 100% onsite, and pays $15-$16hr. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and communication skills. This position will collaborate with clients, vendors and internal teams to deliver results
Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up shopping carts for different agency teams to include: project management, lease management, training, insurance, cellular service and enterprise rentals
- Responsible for receiving and reviewing quotes and final invoices for accuracy, prior to processing
- Works closely with Procurement and Fiscal to monitor workflow and progress of Purchase Orders
- Ensure receipts are completed upon delivery of goods
- Works closely with Fiscal to maintain accurate budget
- Ensure leases are timely renewed and appropriate documents are signed and processed
- Maintains updated lease files and roster
- Maintain updated leases and payment authorizations
- Maintains Accurate Lease Budget
- Works closely with property managers to maintain tenant improvement funds
