Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support vendor registration and compliance efforts. This position plays a key role in managing the vendor portal, ensuring that all vendors meet necessary documentation and payment requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and efficient, with strong administrative and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

Send email communications to vendors to recover and process administrative fees

Provide timely vendor registration and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the vendor portal

Conduct research to vet and verify vendors registering in the system

Review vendor documentation for completeness and accuracy

Track and update vendor information and status within internal databases and systems

Coordinate with internal departments to resolve registration issues or discrepancies

Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems

Perform general office tasks such as copying, scanning, and digitizing division records

Assist with special projects or process improvements related to vendor management as needed
Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
