Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant with strong organizational skills to support vendor registration and compliance efforts. This position plays a key role in managing the vendor portal, ensuring that all vendors meet necessary documentation and payment requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and efficient, with strong administrative and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibly maintain an accurate vendor database.
  • Resolve complex vendor registration inquiries.
  • Perform bid room operations as required.
  • Publish and edit the newsletter as a backup to the editor.
  • Assist in division website publishing/editing, and scanning.
  • Assist with reception area coverage.
  • Perform daily administrative activities and other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Ability to use good judgment and discretion.
  • Effective Communication
  • Microsoft Office Suite Experience

Position Details

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Pay Rate: $20/hour
  • Assignment Type: Long-Term Temporary
