Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Answer phones and email
- Enter sales orders
- Utilize QuickBooks
- Assist with collections, invoicing and check deposits
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments
Qualifications:
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational skills
- Sharp attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits:
- $40,000
