Our client is a well-established, design-driven company in the luxury home goods space. Their business is rooted in craftsmanship and personalization, with a global production network and U.S.-based operations.
 
They are seeking a hands-on Administrative Operations Manager professional to oversee day-to-day office functions, lead administrative team members, and provide direct executive support to company leadership. This is a key role in a collaborative and fast-paced environment where adaptability and a team-first attitude are essential.
 
This role is 100% onsite

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee general operations and office administration at the company’s headquarters.
  • Supervise a small internal team, including a bookkeeper and shipping/receiving staff.
  • Support smooth workflows across departments and assist with cross-functional coordination.
  • Participate in team culture, willing to pitch in wherever needed.
  • Provide high-level support to the CEO, including Calendar management, Scheduling internal and external meetings, Preparing for weekly staff check-ins and client follow-ups
  • Help manage logistics for custom product orders, including communication with international production partners.
  • Monitor timelines and ensure proper packaging and presentation of outbound shipments.
  • Assist with documentation, order tracking, and customer service where needed.
  • Work effectively in a design-conscious, detail-oriented environment.
  • Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism, especially when working with high-profile clients.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in office management, executive assistance, or operational support roles
  • Background in or exposure to creative/design industries (interior design, architecture, luxury retail, etc.) preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable with evolving priorities and wearing multiple hats
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in calendar management tools, video conferencing platforms, and general office software
  • Ability to work 100% onsite
 
Compensation & Benefits
  • $60,000 – $72,000 (based on experience)
  • Monthly stipend provided for private insurance if needed
