We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual for a client supporting Medicaid recipients. This role involves processing applications, updating client records, and providing limited customer service to ensure applications are complete and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter all change of address requests into the database as received
  • Follow up with clients via phone to collect missing or incomplete application details when sent through via third party systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail with fast and accurate data entry skills.
  • Basic customer service experience; ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Comfortable making follow-up phone calls to clients.
  • Familiarity with Medicaid or health benefits processing is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $15 hourly pay with weekly pay under contract.
  • Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential to go permanent with client
  • Mon – Fri schedule from 8:30 – 5.
