An educational organization is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership and coordinate key programs related to fundraising and educational courses. This role is critical to ensuring smooth daily operations, effective board governance, and strong relationships with internal and external partners.
 
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Work Environment: 100% onsite
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, CFO, and leadership team, including project coordination and deadline management
  • Maintain organizational policies, procedures, and administrative records
  • Plan and support annual board meetings, including attendance coordination, preparation of materials, board communications, meals, and accurate meeting minutes
  • Serve as the primary liaison for both boards
  • Assist with contract execution and tracking
  • Coordinate travel planning, logistics, and communications for fundraising trips
  • Manage parking partnerships and related logistics
  • Act as a liaison between the organization, students, and educational institutions
 
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant
  • Strong calendar management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Raiser’s Edge preferred
 
Benefits & Compensation:
  • $40,000 – $55,000, based on experience
