We are seeking a Project Coordinator Assistant to join a growing team in Charleston, SC. This is a full time, permanent, direct hire position with full benefits. The ideal candidate will have experience in invoicing.

Job Description:
  • Supports other Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and technical staff
  • Updates and maintains databases pertinent to the Engineering division
  • Supports Project Coordinators in entering data into the Deltek system, providing quality review for data entered into Deltek and performing invoicing
  • Handled duties related to account receivables
  • Supports ongoing environmental and engineering projects as needed
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience with Invoicing or AR
  • Experience with Deltek Vision or Deltek Vantagepoint
  • Excellent Excel skills
Hours:
  • Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $23.00 – $27.00 hourly
