OVERVIEW
We are seeking an Outside Sales representative who enjoys dropping in on businesses to build relationships and generate sales. To be considered for this position, someone has to have done in-person B2B sales versus just cold-calling from an office. This job will involve heavy local travel (no overnights or weekends) and has a monthly vehicle allowance, cell phone, and laptop, base pay + commission, benefits and a LOT of flexibility for a dedicated, aggressive, and personable sales person.

DETAILS
  • Conduct B2B Outside sales within the Jacksonville area
  • Drop in on 15-30 businesses daily, with about 30 of your 40-hours in the week dedicated to B2B cold drop-ins and appointments
  • Manage service contracts for long term business as well as logistics for short term solutions and products
  • Conduct research, cold calling, and prospecting when not on the road
  • Build a book of business in Jacksonville territory and handle account management
  • Monday-Friday 8-5 with a lot of flexibility for someone dedicated and self-motivated
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Outside Sales experience required (not just cold-calling over the phones but in-person outside sales experience)
  • Fine with operating their own vehicle with a monthly vehicle allowance
  • Fine with doing 15-30 company visits/drop-in’s daily (about 30 out of 40 hours of the week will be in the field)
  • Fine with coming into the office as needed during the week (can also be remote for the most part if they are dedicated, self-motivated, and highly experienced in Outside Sales)
PAY/BENEFITS
  • $50-65k/year base
  • ~$90-$110/ in total comp in 1st year
  • ~$150k+/year once book of business is established
