Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards
- Manage, train, and schedule kitchen staff (typically 3–4 team members per shift)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment
- Monitor inventory and handle ordering to maintain proper stock levels
- Uphold all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with front-of-house and other restaurant management to ensure smooth daily operations
- Lead by example to foster a positive, efficient, and team-oriented work culture
Schedule:
- Typically Noon to Close (around 9:00 PM), 5 days per week
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen leadership or management role
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- A passion for great BBQ and exceptional guest experiences
Compensation:
- $50K
