A well-established BBQ restaurant in Greenville is seeking a Back of House Manager to lead and oversee all kitchen operations. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards, enjoys a hands-on leadership style, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards
  • Manage, train, and schedule kitchen staff (typically 3–4 team members per shift)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment
  • Monitor inventory and handle ordering to maintain proper stock levels
  • Uphold all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with front-of-house and other restaurant management to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Lead by example to foster a positive, efficient, and team-oriented work culture

Schedule:
  • Typically Noon to Close (around 9:00 PM), 5 days per week

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a kitchen leadership or management role
  • Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • A passion for great BBQ and exceptional guest experiences

Compensation:
  • $50K
