We are hiring several Benefits Counselors for a non-profit organization in Columbia. This role is temp-to-perm, full-time, and pays $15hr. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service and/or call center experience. 

Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound phone calls
  • Assist in the process of signing individuals up for various resources including housing, food, and health insurance
  • Maintain and update database
  • Resolve customer issues
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Full-time schedule Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5 PM
  • Hourly pay of $15hr
  • Temp-to-perm with potential to go permanent with client based on job performance
  • Basic benefits while under contract with FGP
