Are you a driven individual who likes to boost sales growth and talk to people? We’re looking for a bilingual Inside Sales Representative for a cable and internet service provider company in the Columbia area who isn’t afraid of picking up the phone for a direct hire, Monday-Friday job that offers base pay (below) plus commission! After onsite training, this position offers a remote work schedule, of 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm, with a 1 hour lunch break. 

DUTIES

  • Sell new or upgrade services to both new and existing customers
  • Strengthen relationships with customer accounts
  • Confirm charges for services requested, collect payments, prepare change of address records
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding billing or services
  • Engage daily with the sales team, strategizing on ways to increase sales

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Around 1-3 years of cold calling sales or customer service experience
  • Ability to persuasively and professionally communicate with people of all backgrounds
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Able to pass a drug screen, and background check based on company qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

PAY/BENEFITS

  • $18-$20/hour base + commission
