Job description:

Our client, a plumbing company in Lexington is looking to add a Bilingual Operations Coordinator to their team. This role’s primary responsibility will be to oversee scheduling, team coordination and job readiness. This is a direct hire opportunity with full benefits and growth opportunities. This position is full time, with an onsite schedule of Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm. 

Responsibilities:

  • Review schedules daily with bilingual team
  • Oversee assigned projects and follow up with crews and supervisors
  • Confirm job readiness with crews using the TTC method (Text, Text, Call) 
  • Anticipate materials, permits and inspections 
  • Ensure paperwork, plans and dispatches are ready 
  • Participate in an on call rotation (every 5 weeks) to assist with after hour emergencies and communicate updates (done remotely) 

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish 
  • 2+ years’ experience in project coordination, field operations, or dispatch 
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and scheduling platforms 
  • Detail oriented, organized, and ability to work under pressure
  • Comfortable leading team meetings, resolving issues, and communicating with crew members and supervisors
