Our client is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead in their Augusta, GA operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in residential plumbing or construction who can drive quality, safety, and profitability across all branch activities. The Branch Manager oversees local field operations—including install crews, quality inspectors, warehouse staff, and builder relationships—to ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to the company’s standards.
You’ll manage people, production, and performance while fostering a strong team culture and ensuring consistent operational excellence. This job is a direct hire position and fully onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop field and warehouse teams to achieve production and quality goals.
- Oversee branch operations, scheduling, labor efficiency, and material management.
- Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and installation standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and local partners.
- Track KPIs including labor efficiency, rework rate, schedule compliance, and builder satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of field leadership or management experience in residential plumbing or construction.
- Extensive plumbing experience; Master Plumbing License preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams, schedules, and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with local building codes and installation standards.
- Hands-on leadership style with a focus on accountability and teamwork.
Compensation:
- $60,000 – $85,000
