We’re looking for a Business Continuity Specialist to help strengthen our organization’s operational resilience and ensure readiness when disruptions occur. In this role, you’ll maintain and test our business continuity and disaster recovery plans, manage vendor risk, and support audit and compliance efforts that keep our teams prepared and our data protected.
South Carolina (Hybrid or Onsite)
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Support impact analyses, mitigation tracking, and vendor due-diligence reviews.
- Prepare risk and continuity reports for leadership and regulatory readiness.
- Assist with training, exercises, and communication during incident response.
- Maintain documentation in the company’s governance or GRC platform.
What You Bring:
- 2–4 years of experience in business continuity, risk management, or compliance (financial or professional services background a plus).
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and comfort with databases or GRC tools.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
