- Provide excellent service to clients by professionally answering phones and emails regarding their accounts.
- Build rapport and relationships by handling needs with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ensure that interactions with clients are positive and professional
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Identify potential client needs and concerns and facilitate proactive intervention steps.
- Bubbly, outgoing and positive personality
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Client-centric mindset
- 2 or 4 year college degree is highly preferred
- Aptitude to learn and train on detailed plan information
- Ability to maintain professional and positive demeanor when handling client needs or concerns
