The hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm on-site. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Responsible for processing cancellations, re-activations, and enrollment
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients
- Managing all client communication and properly documenting
- Develop and maintain relations without outside referral sources
- Provide regular reporting as requested by manager
- Assist with weekly send-outs
- Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person meetings
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Enjoy collaborating with people and possess a friendly personality
- Comfortable computer skills
- Flexible and dependable attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide personable customer support
- $18.50/hour to start increasing to $19.50/hour once hired
