An insurance company in Daniel Island, SC is hiring an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their small, tight-knit team.
The ideal candidate will have their valid SC Property & Casualty Insurance License as well as experience on the commercial insurance side.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and service an existing book of commercial insurance business
  • Process billing and invoicing for clients in a timely and accurate manner
  • Handle policy endorsements and make necessary updates to coverage
  • Process auto policy changes and other client-requested modifications
  • Monitor and act on an expiration list to ensure timely renewals
  • Provide high-level customer service to existing clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Collaborate closely with other Account Managers, Producers, and the Marketing team to support the renewal and remarketing process for existing accounts
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records in the agency management system
  • Ensure compliance with agency procedures, carrier guidelines, and industry regulations
  • Support the overall client retention goals by delivering excellent service and proactive account management

Qualifications:
  • Valid SC Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • Commercial insurance support experience
  • 4 year degree preferred  
Schedule:
  • M-Th, 8:30am-4:30pm, Fri 8:30-3:30pm
  • 4 days in office ,1 day remote each week
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $65,000-75,000 salaried
