The ideal candidate will have their valid SC Property & Casualty Insurance License as well as experience on the commercial insurance side.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and service an existing book of commercial insurance business
- Process billing and invoicing for clients in a timely and accurate manner
- Handle policy endorsements and make necessary updates to coverage
- Process auto policy changes and other client-requested modifications
- Monitor and act on an expiration list to ensure timely renewals
- Provide high-level customer service to existing clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Collaborate closely with other Account Managers, Producers, and the Marketing team to support the renewal and remarketing process for existing accounts
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in the agency management system
- Ensure compliance with agency procedures, carrier guidelines, and industry regulations
- Support the overall client retention goals by delivering excellent service and proactive account management
Qualifications:
- Valid SC Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Commercial insurance support experience
- 4 year degree preferred
- M-Th, 8:30am-4:30pm, Fri 8:30-3:30pm
- 4 days in office ,1 day remote each week
- $65,000-75,000 salaried
