A well-known insurance agency in Irmo, SC is looking to add another Commercial Lines Account Manager to their team. The ideal candidate has prior insurance experience, communicates professionally and maintains a positive attitude. Must have property & casualty license!
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
  • Provide policies to new clients and explain benefits/risks of the policy
  • Presenting insurance proposals
  • Quoting new business and renewals
  • Retain existing customers by providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls
  • Provide customers with additional information about new products and services
  • Manage Claim handling, Underwriting, Endorsements & billing
  • Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe
  • Notate every transaction in AMS 360 management system
  • Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices
 
Qualifications:
  • Previous insurance experience
  • Property & Casualty license
