OVERVIEW
A large, well established, and growing financial services and insurance company is seeking a P&C licensed (440 or 220) customer service supervisor to work in an office managing existing personal lines policies for agents. This is an in-office position, Monday-Friday 8:30-5, and the office is located in Tampa. This role will pay up to $56k/year and offers great benefits, a pension plan, plus 3 weeks of PTO to start!
DETAILS
- Maintain existing personal lines policies including any changes, adjustments in coverage, mail-outs, customer correspondence, payments, and more
- Answer customer questions as they come in regarding claims or policies and escalate issues when necessary (via phone, email, or in person)
- Update all customer conversations and transactions in EPIC system
- Review all existing policies prior to their renewal to ensure customer is receiving the best service and to verify if changes need to be made
- Rewrite non renewals and cancellations, handle underwriting requests, quote new business, and apply payments
- Cross sell current customers on other insurance services
- Provide back-up in answering phone calls
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years experience in this type of position recently (required)
- Preferably will have P&C 220 or P&C 440 license or will be able to get it
- Must have experience in more than just auto insurance
- Must have experience writing policies
- Must have experience with Florida P&C
- Must have multiple carrier experience
- In-office position Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Tampa, FL
