We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to join a growing team in Greenville, SC. This is a full time, HYBRID, permanent, direct hire position with full benefits. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of compliance experience and will also display excellent management qualities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee internal audit processes and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and client requirements
- Handle escalated compliance issues from employees
- Provide guidance to employees, ensuring strong development of staff
- Complete r compliance reporting to executive leadership, highlighting key risks, trends, and program updates
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose and solutions
- Serve as a point of escalation internally for issues related to compliance
- Work closely with various departments to integrate compliance requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes and ensure alignment with compliance standards
- Research and monitor changes to state and regulatory requirements and communicate to stakeholders
- Update internal policies, procedures, and training materials
- Advise departments on operational adjustments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- 5+ years of relevant compliance expereince
- Strong management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong MS Office Suite skills (including Excel)
Hours:
- Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
- HYBRID – 2 days remote per week
Compensation & Benefits:
- $65,000 – $85,000
