Responsibilities:
Project Strategy & Planning
• Craft comprehensive project plans and milestone schedules.
• Align team strategy with overarching business goals.
Scheduling & Coordination
• Build detailed timelines, sequence tasks, and keep everyone on track.
Progress & Budget Reporting
• Deliver clear status updates, flag risks early, and protect the bottom line.
Contracts, Costs & Timelines
• Assist in estimates, budgets, and negotiations with suppliers and subs.
On-Site Leadership
• Oversee daily construction activities and resolve delays on the spot.
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work with architects, engineers, and officials to secure permits and licenses.
Compliance & Documentation
• Enforce safety protocols, building codes, and maintain meticulous records.
Procurement & Resource Management
• Source equipment and materials, optimize inventory, and manage vendors.
Team Development
• Hire, coach, and lead laborers and subcontractors to superior performance.
Preferred Background
- Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years in supervisory roles on commercial projects.
- Proficiency with PM software (MS Project, Procore, BIM, or similar).
- Deep knowledge of codes, contracts, cost control, and risk mitigation.
