A family-oriented construction company is seeking an Construction Project Coordinator to support Project Managers in coordinating, scheduling and purchasing for construction projects. This direct-hire position has ample opportunity for growth!
 
This is a full-time position, with time split between the home office and project sites.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with team, subcontractors, and clients
  • Research and purchase materials and supplies
  • Deliver materials to job sites
  • File project records and drawings
  • Coordinate project timelines
  • Prepare and track submittals
  • Assist with budgeting and accounting
  • Ensure safety and accuracy of projects
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn
