Our client, a small faith based healthcare organization in the Upstate is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team FULLY remote (aside from a quarterly meeting in Greenville). The position will likely start part-time and then transition to full-time this fall.
Qualifications:
  • Answer phone calls and text messages through their app to schedule appointments and services for clients
  • Expect a high volume (200+ calls per day)
Qualifications:
  • Friendly, positive demeanor
  • Ability to work fast-paced
  • Must be tech savvy in order to navigate the app and portal
  • Must be professional with strong communication skills to speak with clients and caregivers
Schedule:
  • Likely beginning part-time
  • Transitioning to full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
  • Temp-to-Hire
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $16-17/hour
