Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers, internal departments and support staff
- Review orders
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Send invoices to customers
- Maintain files and system
- Assist with quality issues as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Word and Excel
