Customer Service Representative

Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering inbound calls and providing exceptional support related to titling and lien processes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. After 6 months of successful employment, there is an opportunity for growth into specialized roles within the titling and lien departments.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and assistance.
• Support titling and lien departments with administrative tasks, including document verification and data entry.
• Communicate effectively with clients, financial institutions, and internal teams regarding title and lien inquiries.
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Assist with resolving basic issues related to titles, liens, and documentation discrepancies.
• Provide clear and courteous follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Learn and stay informed about company processes, auction procedures, and relevant state regulations.

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for handling client inquiries.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
