Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and emails.
- Maintain accurate customer and vendor contact information and build strong relationships.
- Log repair requests in the ERP system, verify warranties, and coordinate repairs.
- Manage equipment returns, warranty claims, and prepare pricing for billing review.
- Handle shipping, receiving, staging, and tracking of products for sales and service teams.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform counts, rotate stock, and secure assets.
- Assist with contract renewals and update equipment records in the system.
- Generate and maintain reports (WIP, aging, open purchase orders).
- Schedule daily work for field service technicians and coordinate with customers/subcontractors.
- Create, track, and close service tickets accurately and on time.
- Collaborate across departments to communicate priorities and ensure smooth operations.
- Promote a safe and positive work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support team success.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in customer operations or related fields (Customer Service, Scheduling/Dispatch, AP/AR, Depot Repairs, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory, Sales Support).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and discretion with confidential information.
- Previous office experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
- On-site role in Georgetown, TX office.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.
- Frequent computer use and handling of office equipment.
Additional Requirements
- Background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license.
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Range: $20–$22/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
