Responsibilities:
- Learn a new product offering
- Onboard existing customers to this new product
- Provide guidance on product features and usage to improve the customer experience
- Provide technical support for customers, troubleshooting identified issues and helping connect customers to a solution
- Communicate customer feedback back to the internal team
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer success or support experience
- Dedication to customer satisfaction
- High technical aptitude
- AI integration experience a plus
