Our client is experiencing an exciting and busy season, as they have recently released several new products and services. Their customer success team is seeking additional support during the next few weeks. As a Customer Success Representative, you will quickly become a subject matter expert on one new product offering and will support customers during the onboarding and early implementation of this product.
 
Location: Remote
Hourly Pay Rate: $25
Length of Assignment: 3-4 weeks
Possibility for Hire: Yes
 
Responsibilities:
  • Learn a new product offering
  • Onboard existing customers to this new product
  • Provide guidance on product features and usage to improve the customer experience
  • Provide technical support for customers, troubleshooting identified issues and helping connect customers to a solution
  • Communicate customer feedback back to the internal team
 
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of customer success or support experience
  • Dedication to customer satisfaction
  • High technical aptitude
  • AI integration experience a plus
