A well-known client of ours is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics specialty clinics. In this role, you’ll work directly with our resident providers to deliver exceptional patient care while supporting clinical operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a direct hire and fully onsite role. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Provide four-handed dentistry assistance to resident providers across general and advanced specialty procedures.
  • Support care involving nitrous oxide and oral conscious sedation.
  • Update and utilize the Electronic Health Record (EHR) to ensure accurate patient documentation.
  •  Sterilize instruments and equipment and follow infection control.
  • Capture and assist with radiographs
  • Monitor post anesthesia patients 
  • Track inventory, anticipate supply needs and process supply orders
Qualifications: 
  • Experience with pediatric dentistry/and or orthodontics (preferred) 
  • High School Diploma and completion of an accredited dental assisting program. 
  • Familiarity with four handed dentistry techniques and dental instrumentation. 
  • Current CPR Certification required. 
  • Radiology certification (or eligibility) preferred.
