The Deposit Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting daily deposit operations functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to regulatory and procedural standards. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to provide exceptional internal and external customer support in a fast-paced environment.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a deposit operations role
  • Hands-on experience with Fiserv Premier systems strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow established procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and professional customer service abilities

Key Responsibilities

Check & Transaction Review
  • Review mobile deposits, remote deposits, and check transactions for accuracy, proper endorsement, and potential fraud.
Wire Processing
  • Input and verify incoming and outgoing wire transfers in compliance with bank procedures and security standards.
Debit Card & Electronic Services
  • Provide support for debit card servicing, maintenance, dispute review, and resolution of card-related issues.
Online Banking Support
  • Assist customers and internal staff with online banking login issues, system errors, or functionality concerns; escalate technical issues when needed.
Reporting & Risk Monitoring
  • Review and reconcile daily reports to identify discrepancies, documentation errors, and suspicious activity.
Customer & Internal Support
  • Respond to inquiries via phone and email, research issues, resolve problems, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up.
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $24/hr
