Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with inbound and event-generated leads
- Manage all media contracts, including radio, TV, digital, and sponsorships
- Track deliverables, contract terms, start/end dates, and make-goods
- Schedule media placements, including campaign timing and seminar promotion windows
- Monitor ROI to determine what’s effective, what’s underperforming, and where to optimize
- Produce clear, simple performance reports
- Manage drip marketing campaigns across email and SMS
- Oversee timing, segmentation, automation flow, and follow-through
- Maintain and utilize CRM platforms
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, financial services, communications, or a related field
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience in financial services is a plus
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Experience collaborating with advisors, designers, vendors, and compliance teams
- Familiarity with compliance review processes and the ability to revise content based on legal guidance
- Comfort with basic website content updates
- Ability to generate and interpret basic analytics and campaign reports
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially regarding disclaimers, disclosures, and compliant messaging
Benefits & Compensation:
- $50,000 – $65,000, based on experience
