Our client is looking for a Digital Repository Specialist. As a key contributor to our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining a newly established digital research repository. Your responsibilities will include gathering, organizing, tagging, and standardizing documents to ensure they are easily searchable and accessible.

DETAILS
  • Remote
  • Temporary project – November through end of December
  • $20-$30/hr

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collect and curate a wide range of documents from across the organization.
  • Apply consistent naming conventions, categorize content, and tag documents for optimal searchability within the repository.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and reporting of digital assets.
  • Serve as a liaison for data collection across a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Work independently while proactively seeking clarification when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, especially in organizing large datasets.
  • Foundational understanding of business operations; familiarity with industries such as chemistry, textiles, flooring, or healthcare is a plus.
  • Logical mindset with the ability to create intuitive tagging systems.
  • Basic knowledge of web analytics concepts such as segmentation, customer journeys, funnel analysis, and attribution modeling.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks within a large-scale project.
  • Interest in digital library science or marketing research is a plus, though not required.
