We are seeking a professional Temporary E-Billing Specialist to join a nation wide law firm. This position is fully remote (work from home). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of E-Billing experience working for a law firm and will be proficient in Aderant software. Any additional expereince with BillBlast or eHub will also be beneficial.

Job Description:

  • Ability to work with BillBlast platform to generate LEDES files and manipulate invoices for transmission of appeals
  • Generate recap reports for attorney review by entering reduction information into Aderant workflow
  • Update the status and notes for invoices in BillBlast
  • Follow up on outstanding appeal language
  • Works closely with ebillers regarding timekeeper reductions
  • Submit appeals to vendor sites by creating LEDES file in BillBlast
  • Ensure quick resolution for reduced balances.
  • Clear knowledge of the eBilling/billing process for insurance clients to ensure compliance with billing requirements
  • Understanding of timekeeper rates
  • Submission of timekeeper rate appeals
  • Working with matter information and billing to ensure rates are updated in Aderant billing system to match client approval rates on eBilling vendor site
  • Understanding of eBilling vendor sites

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of expereince in E-Billing for a law firm
  • Strong working knowledge and proficiency in Aderant software (REQUIRED)
  • Additional experience using Bill Blast or eHub (Strongly Considered)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office suites

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
  • Fully Remote (Work From Home)
  • 10 Month Temporary Assignment

Pay:

  • $30 – $31 hourly (Depending on Experience)
