Our client is seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate multi-agency, enterprise-level projects with significant complexity and risk. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and successful outcomes through strategic planning and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project objectives, timelines, and scope.
  • Manage all project phases using established methodologies.
  • Mitigate risks and manage stakeholder communications.
  • Oversee procurement and contract negotiations.
  • Track progress, ensure deliverables meet deadlines, and maintain documentation.
  • Support project management training and workshops.

Required Qualifications:
  • PMP or Certified Associate in Project Management certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., IT, business, communications).
  • Strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with government procurement and fiscal policies.
  • Ability to lead teams, prioritize tasks, and drive change.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing statewide or large-scale IT projects.
  • Proficient in performance reporting and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster collaboration.
