Our client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and support agile processes across product development teams. This position will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating agile scrum processes within our organization, ensuring the team can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Remove team impediments and ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum practices
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure timely, quality delivery
  • Promote continuous improvement and coach teams on agile principles
  • Communicate status, risks, and KPIs to stakeholders

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years as a Scrum Master and experience with Azure DevOps
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, project tracking, and facilitation
  • Familiarity with hybrid (Agile + Waterfall) environments
  • Conceptual understanding of programming and database querying

Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Agile certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) preferred
