This position is 100% onsite with no opportunity for a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and special events while optimizing time and resources.
- Serve as the point of contact for the CEO, prioritizing and managing incoming requests and communications.
- Meeting Coordination: Attend meetings with the CEO and other senior leaders, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made and that meetings are conducted smoothly.
- Minutes and Documentation: Take accurate and detailed minutes during meetings, providing timely and clear documentation to relevant stakeholders.
- Event Support: Assist with the planning and coordination of special events, which may occasionally require evenings and weekends.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and other leaders to support organizational initiatives and ensure effective communication across teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work onsite 100% of the time and accommodate occasional evening and weekend hours for special events.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in minute-taking and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree
Compensation & Benefits:
- $65,000-72,000
