Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, conferences, and company events
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate communication
- Track expenses and assist with budget preparation and reporting
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making
- Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives
- Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in executive-level administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with HR and benefits administration is a plus
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Office-based with occasional remote coordination or travel
- Reports directly to the CEO or other senior executives
