Our client, a fast-growing and dynamic company, seeking a personable, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support their leadership team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work closely with the CEO and a tight-knit, collaborative staff while gaining exposure across all areas of the organization.
 
This role is full-time, in-office role (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM).

Description:
  • Manage a complex, frequently changing CEO calendar, prioritizing meetings and deliverables.
  • Assist CEO with project and time management to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate and schedule travel for the leadership team.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO and staff, managing correspondence and requests efficiently.
  • Provide general administrative support, including expense reports and meeting planning.
  • Answer company phones and professionally greet visitors.
  • Oversee office supplies and coordinate with external vendors.
  • Ensure common areas and public spaces are guest-ready at all times.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for team meetings.
  • Assist marketing and operations with event planning and coordination, including vendors, attendees, equipment, catering, and venue logistics.
  • Support social media and email marketing initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the team.
 
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience supporting executive leadership, ideally in a professional services environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work 100% onsite
