Key Responsibilities:
- Manage VP’s calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence.
- Coordinate division-wide activities, events, and performance reporting.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and performance metrics (financial/operational).
- Track KPIs and strategic initiatives, ensuring follow-up and accountability.
- Support strategic planning and board reporting in collaboration with Operations and Finance.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and communicate key actions to VP.
- Review and approve expense reports and purchase orders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain effective communication with senior leadership and staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) with 3–5 years of related experience.
- Executive Assistant Certification preferred.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, JD Edwards, Oracle.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive information and competing priorities.
