We are seeking a professional Financial Planning Administrator to join a growing team in Columbia, SC. This is a full time, permanent/direct hire position with full benefits. The ideal candidate will have LPL experience.

Job Description:

  • Open new client accounts and process cash received for new accounts
  • Maintain all required paperwork on existing client accounts
  • Oversee trading and transfers and other trading functions within client accounts at the direction of advisors
  • Oversee distributions from client accounts and acquisition of assets from transferring institutions
  • Communicate with clients for required information needed to complete account opening and ongoing management at the direction of advisors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong experience with MS Office Suites (including Excel, and Word)
  • Familiarity with LPL’s operating platform (ClientWorks) and Redtail CRM preferred

Hours:

  • Monday – Friday (8am to 5pm)
  • ONSITE

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $50,000 – $60,000
