A quickly growing start-up company in Spartanburg is looking to bring on a Franchise Administrative Coordinator to support many moving pieces in their operations.

This is a Temp-to-Hire on-site role in Spartanburg with a great group!

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate events, including scheduling, logistics, agendas, communications, and website updates.
  • Support the franchise sales pipeline by assisting with deal closings, follow-up communication, and tracking metrics and documents.
  • Finalize territory maps, contracts, and payments, and document closing adjustments.
  • Manage onboarding transitions by organizing kickoff calls and collecting franchisee information.
  • Gather franchisee stories and photos to support ongoing internal and social media content.
  • Oversee truck routing, customer scheduling, driver coordination, route adjustments, and exception handling.
  • Prepare monthly invoices, billing reports, and adjustments with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and streamline collections.
  • Work closely with drivers, maintain metrics, lead weekly huddles, and ensure operational adjustments are completed.
  • Serve as the initial contact for new franchisees, ensuring a smooth transition into onboarding and operations.
  • Become a subject-matter resource for key vendors and platforms, resolving issues and escalating when needed.
  • Update documentation and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
  • Use core systems (Google Suite, Zoom) to support communication and training.
  • Assist with special projects, launches, travel, and events in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications:
  • Strong administrative background
  • Strong technical skills to navigate Google and Microsoft Suite and ability to learn new software systems.
  • Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented in a role with many competing priorities.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Temp-to-Hire
  • $55,000

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-5pm
