Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and guests in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression
- Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage meeting room scheduling and assist with logistical coordination for meetings and onsite events
- Provide administrative support, including scanning, copying, filing, and distributing documents
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain the reception area, conference spaces, and breakroom to ensure a clean and organized appearance
- Monitor and restock office and breakroom supplies as needed
- Assist with general office tasks and support team members as needed while balancing competing priorities
Qualifications
- Professional, friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including polished phone etiquette
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Ability to remain calm, flexible, and attentive in a busy office environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable using standard office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners
Compensation:
- $40,000-$45,000
- Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm on-site
