Description
- Provide excellent customer service by working directly with clients (employee and employer contacts) to assist in filing claims.
- Answer phones and emails in a professional way.
- Process reimbursements
- Key claims into system
Qualifications
- Insurance claims experience is ideal, FSA experience is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong data entry skills
- Team player
- Positive attitude
Compensation and Benefits
- $40-43K
