Do you have a combination of customer service and claims experience? Are you a team player who enjoys working in a friendly, small office environment? We are looking for a Claims Processor to join a growing team in Irmo, SC. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in insurance claims, customer service and data entry. This is a permanent opportunity for a great client with competitive pay and benefits. 

Ideal Experience
While not a requirement, you will stand out if you have some knowledge of the following:
  • FSA claims processing
  • EOB interpretation
  • Medical benefit administration
  • Reimbursement accounts
  • IRS Section 125 knowledge
  • HIPPA compliance
 
Description
  • Provide excellent customer service by working directly with clients (employee and employer contacts) to assist in filing claims.
  • Answer phones and emails in a professional way.
  • Process reimbursements
  • Key claims into system

Qualifications
  • Insurance claims experience is ideal, FSA experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Team player
  • Positive attitude

Compensation and Benefits
  • $40-43K
