Our client, one of the most historic and respected private clubs in the Southeast, is seeking a Golf Course Superintendent to lead the daily operations and management of one of their impressive courses. What we’re looking for:

  • 2- or 4-year degree in Turfgrass Management or related field, preferred
  • 2+ years of progressive experience as an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
  • Strong agronomic expertise in the Carolinas’ climate, irrigation, and turf health
  • Proven leadership ability with a focus on team development and accountability
  • A superintendent who thrives under high expectations and takes pride in delivering excellence.
  • Experience with H2B, a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and maintain championship-level playing conditions across all golf courses and grounds.
  • Oversee agronomic programs, staff leadership, and daily maintenance operations.
  • Lead turf, irrigation, drainage, and renovation projects.
  • Plan and execute cultural practices, moisture management, pest control, and course conditioning.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Agronomy, club leadership and committees to align goals.
