A premier, Forbes 4-Star rated boutique hotel on Hilton Head Island is seeking an experienced and highly engaged Hotel General Manager. This intimate property is known for exceptional service, world-class amenities, and a refined guest experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a smaller, independent luxury environment.

Position Overview:
The Hotel General Manager will oversee all day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring every guest receives the highest level of service. This individual will lead a small, dedicated team, maintain Forbes-level service standards, and cultivate a positive, guest-focused culture throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all hotel operations, ensuring consistent delivery of luxury service standards.

  • Engage directly with guests and front-line staff to create personalized, memorable experiences.

  • Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and team development.

  • Oversee operational budgets and ensure efficient, profitable performance.

  • Foster a positive, service-driven culture and lead by example.

  • Ensure adherence to Forbes Travel Guide standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing a luxury hotel; Forbes Travel Guide–rated property experience strongly preferred.
  • Background in boutique or independent hotels is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work closely with a small, collaborative team.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay/Benefits:
  • $100k
