The ideal candidate will combine strong administrative capability with sound HR judgment and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Manage onboarding, orientation, and employee status changes.
- Support benefits administration, including FMLA, STD, and open enrollment.
- Participate in grievance meetings and employee investigations with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare HR reports and audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate employee engagement, training, and company events.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (EEO, HIPAA, FMLA, etc.).
- Review timecards, assist with job postings, and support W-2 season activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; HR-related experience (2+ years) required.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication, discretion, and understanding of HIPAA/confidentiality standards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
