Responsibilities
- Support employee lifecycle activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Manage the reasonable accommodations process including inquiries, approvals, coordination with partners, and tracking budgets and improvements
- Lead wellness programming and initiatives across the organization
- Support company charity and safety program initiatives
- Maintain HRIS data and ensures accuracy across systems
- Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of HR experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS
- $60,000 – $75,000
