Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and related equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.
- Identify maintenance risks and recommend solutions.
- Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems and perform warranty services.
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training as needed.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and OSHA regulations.
- Follow company service standards, work instructions, and customer-specific requirements.
- Communicate effectively with customers and assist with inquiries.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an HVAC technician.
- Willingness to continue education in the HVAC field.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Solid understanding of air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration principles.
- Experience with boiler systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in balancing air and water treatment systems per HVAC protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Availability to work after hours, on weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and under physically demanding conditions.
